“Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.” (James 1:26)
Today's verses in James serve as a reminder for me to watch how I talk and what I talk about with others.
The actions of a disciple should reflect God's glory and draw people closer to Him.
If we do not watch our tongue, our actions and our thoughts, no amount of scriptural knowledge we have could please God.
Let us then walk close with God in all areas of our lives.
