“Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. (James 3:13)
The Bible tells me that a wise and understanding person serves humbly and leads a life that is good (righteous).
I thought it was really a wake up call for me as I reflected on how I would take pride in the areas which I could serve well and sometimes really boasted about it.
I think a God glorifying deed is something which we put our hearts in doing and yet expect nothing in return except that God will be known as a result of what we do.
Let's strive to give Him glory.
